A poem I wrote about my brain

I am consumed by my thoughts

I don’t realize time on clocks

I jump, cough, shake and quake

My brain constantly awake

To avoid the fall down the hole

God someone, please damage control

Sleepless nights

Tiresome days

Internal fights

And false plays

These thoughts aren’t mine

I don’t know where. A fault line?

I really wish they would resign

Perhaps, maybe a guideline

Guilty conscious

Tired mind

Can’t control these thoughts that aren’t mine
